Helpful Tips for Property Owners

When completing paperwork for a well and/or septic application:

1.    Please ensure that you are submitting paperwork in the name of the

        property owner that appears on the deed.

2.   Please ensure that both parties who are required to complete sections of

       the well and/or septic application have completed their appropriate

       sections prior to submission of paperwork.

3.   Please review final paperwork to ensure it is complete prior to submitting.

4.   Please make sure well and/or septic stakes are in place prior to submitting

       the  application.
