Berkeley-Morgan County Board of Health announces their proposed fee schedule for Environmental Health permits for any permits issued with an effective date of July 1, 2024, or after. Copies of set fees are available for viewing at the Environmental Office in both the Berkeley and Morgan County Health Department offices.
Public comment period is now open with any comments needing to be provided in writing and received prior to March 12, 2024. Any comments should be mailed, or hand delivered to:
