We were blessed to be joined today by representatives from the Berkeley County Commission - WV, the Berkeley-Morgan Board of Health, Lantz Construction Co. project leaders, project architect, Crabtree Rohrbaugh & Associates - Architects, and members of our Berkeley County Health Department staff, who were able to be on hand, to celebrate the groundbreaking of the $1.9 million facility expansion of our health department.
