The ServSafe program helps prepare you for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam. Training covers these concepts:

Cleaning and Sanitizing
Safe Food Preparation
Receiving and Storing Food
Methods of Thawing, Cooking, Cooling and Reheating Food

This class is offered at NO-COST to residents or employees of West Virginia. Manuals are provided during class but remain property of Blue Ridge CTC. Students that would like to purchase the manual can pay an additional $90 fee.
